Guidelines are as follows:

Auction opens – Monday, 8 August, 2005 at 8.30 am
-
Auction closes - Friday 23 September, at 3.30 pm
-
Bids for items must be in whole dollar amounts
-
All bids from students must include student’s full name AND
full name, signature and contact phone number of a parent/guardian
-
All bids from staff must include full name, signature and contact
phone number
-
All bids, on paper, must clearly identify the item and be delivered
to Mr James by the student or staff member
-
Students and staff can bid on behalf of family members and friends
-
For some clubs where there are multiple, identical items available;
for example three items, then the top three bids will be the
successful ones
-
There are reserve prices on two items. These are low but must be met
before the items can be sold.

All bids will have the date and time received written on them by Mr
James
-
Notification of a successful, final bid will take place within one
week of the auction close
-
Payment in full and collection of the item must be completed within
two weeks of the auction close
-
If an item is not paid for in full and collected by 3.30pm, Friday,
October 7th, the successful bidder then becomes the
person who had the next highest bid.
